I've spent over 15 years in data, AI, and dev tooling startups, helping founders close their first deals and scale from pre-seed through multiple rounds and exits. As a former sales engineer, I know my way around a terminal and enjoy working closely with engineering to build the product loops that make customers stick. I care about helping founders develop the instincts to spot PMF gaps and build revenue machines that outlast any single hire.

My core specialty. I work with founders to find the right positioning and messaging, choose the channels worth investing in early, and build the demand generation and SDR motion that turns interest into pipeline. That includes putting a real sales process in place: the qualification criteria, the stage definitions, the follow-up cadences, so deals stop dying in limbo. I coach founders through their first sales calls, help them learn to run discovery without feeling like they're interrogating a prospect, and work with them to build demos that are tight, relevant, and actually move things forward.
